This is a start, but it’s not enough!

As legislators debate crucial investments in Minnesota’s infrastructure, Homes for All continues to call for more resources to preserve and create affordable housing across the state. We’re asking the Senate to match the House’s HIB request of $50M, and we’re asking both the House and Senate to increase their investments in GO bonds to $30M.

Please email Senator Senjem and call Representative Urdahl and thank them for their leadership, but also make it known that we need stronger investments in safe and quality housing! Let Matt Traynor know when you’ve emailed or called: matt@mnhomelesscoalition.org.

Hello Senator Senjem. My name is [your name] and I live in [your city]. Thank you for your leadership with Homes for All, and for understanding that where we live impacts everything. I am calling to ask that you match the House’s amount of $50M in Housing Infrastructure Bonds, and increase the General Obligation bonds to $30M. Bonds for housing aren’t just an investment in homes, but an investment in jobs, education, economic development and the entire community. Thank you.
