Homes for All 2024 Agenda

In 2023, Governor Tim Walz signed a historic $2.6 billion housing stability package. Some of those funds will increase funding for homeless shelters, rental assistance, affordable housing, expand access to homeownership for first-time and first- generation home buyers, and provide support to help people find and keep housing. That legislation was critical to help ease the unaddressed or under-addressed housing need evident by our unprecedented and increasing housing problem in Minnesota.

But we aren’t done yet! Across our state, there isn’t enough housing Minnesotans can afford, leaving few options for those struggling to make ends meet. The Homes for All 2024 legislative proposal strengthens the housing continuum. We are asking for your support because Minnesota communities thrive when everyone has a place to call home.

Minnesota can address the FULL CONTINUUM of housing needs and ensure homes for all. Minnesota must address our state’s housing and supportive services needs. As Minnesotans, we believe that every resident deserves equitable access to safe, affordable, and accessible homes and shelter. Minnesota can and must address the Full Continuum of housing needs. Join us in supporting both our Coalition-led Legislative Agenda and Member-led Legislative Agenda to help ensure Homes for All.
